Learn to implement Six Sigma tools while providing statistical expertise, and lead cross-functional teams to carry out identified improvement projects.  Content is built around American Society for Quality Control (ASQ)’s body of knowledge.  Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of errors and minimizing variability in many industries, including service, healthcare and manufacturing.
