Rowan-Cabarrus Core Occupational Research Experience
Choosing a major or career can be an overwhelming task. If you are unsure about your decision, take time to explore information that will help you make a good choice. Career planning begins with understanding both yourself and the possibilities available to you. If you are unclear about your career goals but willing to invest time to explore some options, get to the CORE! CORE activities include:- Learning more about yourself
- Examining what you want from your future
- Exploring your choices
- Discovering how to put it all together
CORE can help you find your answers. The program is free and is open to anyone. Your only cost is your time and active participation. The more you know, the better chance you have of finding a fulfilling career that fits your personality, interests and values.
For this workshop to be most effective, attendance at all three sessions is necessary. Please note: it is possible that these sessions run over the two-hours scheduled. Questions can be directed to Maria Hall at 704-216-3615.
