Cisco Discovery Networking I (CCENT Prep)
This 76-hour course will prepare students for entry-level network and help desk support positions and the first of two different Cisco certification exams, the CCENT and the CCNA. The CCENT is an optional first step toward earning the Cisco CCNA network associate certification, which is the foundational certification for networking careers. #53969
Course topics include basic training in:

cabling

remote access

IP addressing

wireless configuration

network security

troubleshooting

network services such as file sharing, email services, & related ISP services
Students will receive hands-on introduction to networking and internet technologies, using tools and hardware commonly found in home and small business environments.
