WebAdvisor User ID Construction

User IDs for WebAdvisor follow the pattern below.

{first 10 letters of your last name}.{the first initial of your first name}.{last 5 digits of your RCCC Student ID}

For example, student James Stephanopolis with the ID number 0087654 would have the WebAdvisor user ID stephanopo.j.87654.

Finding Your User ID

If using the pattern above does not work, you may also use the “What’s My User ID?” function in WebAdvisor.

1. Go to WebAdvisor.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link ”What’s My User ID?”
3. In the “User Account Menu”, click on the “What’s My User ID?” option.
4. Then enter your last name and either your social security number or your student ID number.
5. After clicking the “Submit” button, your user ID should be displayed.
