This course is designed to cover both four stroke and two stroke engine theory of both hand held and gasoline powered small engines. The students will gain knowledge on small engine fundamentals through seminars containing power points, text and work books and web base training from Honda and Briggs & Stratton. This course covers shop safety practices and the use of general and specialty hand and measuring tools. The course will also briefly cover jobs in the field of small engine repair.
