E-Notary

Please Note:  You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for check-in purposes.  Please bring the following to class:

  • Your State or Federal photo ID
  • Your Notary Manual 2016 edition
  • Your Notary certificate number

Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes past the start time will not be admitted to class.

Registration Details

  • Online registration and payment is available.
    1. Navigate to WebAdvisor.
    2. Select “Continuing Education” (If you have been a student at RCCC previously, click at the top of the page where indicated to update your current information).
    3. Select “Search, Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes.”
    4. To search for your class, type “NOTARY” as a Key Word, then look for the class titled “E-Notary,” not “Notary Public Education.”
    5. Check the box to select the class and select “Submit.”
    6. Enter your information and follow instructions to register and pay.
