Trained professionals can provide guidance in making decisions, information about available resources and procedural options, and assistance to either party in the event that a report and\/or resolution under the Procedure is pursued. In general, the College provides two categories of resources: Confidential Resources <\/em>and Reporting Options<\/em>.<\/p>\n The trained professionals designated below can provide counseling, information and support in a confidential setting while working in the counselor role with clients who authorize the counselor\/client relationship via a disclosure document. As confidential resources, counselors will not share information about a patient\/client (including whether that individual has received services) without the individual\u2019s express written permission unless there is a continuing threat of serious harm to the student or to others or there is a legal obligation to reveal such information (e.g., suspected abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly person, court ordered subpoena).<\/p>\nConfidential Resources<\/h2>\n
