This course will give students critical and competitive skills for roles in Space Management or Retail Merchandising for retailers, manufacturers and sales/marketing agencies.

While focusing on the principals of  how retailers use space management to develop planograms and floor plans to help make decisions, student will learn how to allocate space between brands and categories, as well as where to position them on the shelf and in the store.
