During Spring Break, the college will have a complete data center outage. All IT services and applications will be unavailable during this time. The shutdown will begin on Friday, March 7 at 7 p.m. We plan to have most services back up by Wednesday, March 12 at 9 p.m. However, we will continue to have a phone outage until Friday, March 14 at 5 p.m. This outage gives the college an opportunity to enhance our main data center.
The outage will affect all data services at RCCC including, but not limited to: email, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, and phones. We appreciate your patience and support.
