Traffic Crash Reporting

The DMV-349 Traffic Crash Report form is one of the most challenging documents for law enforcement officers to complete, especially when dealing with unusual vehicles and circumstances.  This class focuses on the portions of the report most prone to error and confusion.  The class is approximately 40% lecture and discussion and 60% practical exercise.  Students will complete reports in a variety of location types dealing with pedestrians, school buses, large trucks and a variety of other variables.  While open to anyone, the class is specifically geared toward agencies using OSSI software.  If at all possible students should bring laptops with this software.
