Accreditation
Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Rowan-Cabarrus Community College was first accredited by SACSCOC in 1970. Organized under the North Carolina Community College system, the College has accountability to the state as well as to other federal and state accrediting agencies. Our institution will seek SACSCOC reaffirmation in 2025.
