Rider Skills Lab (RSL) Level 1 and 2

Personal Enrichment

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation has designed this course to be super flexible and allow the coaches to tailor the day based on the group and individual needs. There are twenty-three different exercises to choose from that focus of three key areas: Braking, Cornering, and Limited Spaces.

Is there a skill you really want to work on? Have you come across a situation and weren’t sure how to manage it? Do you want to improve your riding ability? Let Rider Coaches know at the start of class so they can help you get the most from the course.

The ability to choose from a menu of 23 different exercises makes this course potentially different every time you take it. The course is flexible enough so that even 3-wheel motorcycles, both traditional Trikes and Can-Ams can be accommodated in most of the exercises.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those riding clubs out there (HOG, Spyder Ryders, Indian Riders Group, etc.) to have a club day to practice skills on a closed course. If you are a Riding Club and are interested in a ‘Club Members Only’ event, please contact Tabitha Harrison on 704-216-3545 or email her at tabitha.harrison@rccc.edu
