South Campus Parking Lot Closure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The South Campus and CBTC parking lot resurfacing work is underway and being completed on an\u00a0accelerated, phased schedule<\/strong>\u00a0to minimize overall disruption. Each phase is anticipated to last approximately one week.<\/p>\n

Phase 3 (Starting June 30)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Phase 2 – Main Drive \u201cArc\u201d & North Main Entry:<\/strong>\u00a0Began June 26; anticipated completion July 3<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Phase 3 – Lower S201 Parking:<\/strong>\u00a0June 30 – July3<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Phase 4 – Main Exit (in front of S201):<\/strong>\u00a0July 6-10<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    During each phase:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Portions of parking areas and drive lanes will be temporarily closed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Campus access will be maintained, but routes may shift<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Parking will shift to available open areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      CBTC Update:<\/strong><\/i><\/h3>\n

        Rear main drive, loop and lower ADA parking lot repaving is scheduled for approximately two days\u00a0(July 9-10 or July 16-17<\/strong>), with short-term access impacts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Parking Lots A and B Construction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Update \u2013 June 27, 2026<\/b><\/h3>\n

        Construction activities remain active and continue to impact traffic flow on North Campus. Campus is still accessible from both Jake Alexander Boulevard (north) and Old Concord Road (east). However, traffic remains directional. Vehicles cannot pass between Buildings N107 and N110 during this phase.<\/p>\n

        Please continue to follow posted signage and allow additional travel time when navigating campus.<\/p>\n

        Beginning June 22 and continuing through July 10<\/strong>, the service access road serving Buildings N102 and N105 will be fully closed<\/strong> as part of the next phase of construction. During this period, vehicles will not be able to access or pass through this route.<\/p>\n

        All service and delivery traffic<\/strong> for Buildings N102 and N105 will be temporarily redirected to the parking lot adjacent to Building N103<\/strong>, where designated delivery spaces will be provided for the duration of this closure.<\/p>\n

        Construction activities continue to impact traffic flow throughout North Campus. The campus remains accessible from both<\/p>\n

        Campus Access and Open Areas During Closure<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        Access from Jake Alexander Boulevard (North Entrance):<\/strong><\/h5>\n

        Entering campus from Jake Alexander Boulevard, the following areas remain accessible:<\/p>\n

        • Buildings N101, N102, N103, N105, N106 and the Amphitheatre<\/li>\n
        • Parking Lot A<\/li>\n
        • Parking Lot B (upper areas)<\/li>\n
        • Service Area<\/li>\n
        • Building N107<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Access from Old Concord Road (East Side Entrance):<\/strong><\/h5>\n

          Entering campus from Old Concord Road, the following areas remain accessible:<\/p>\n

          • Building N110<\/li>\n
          • Early College<\/li>\n
          • Fire Training Center facilities<\/li>\n
          • Southern and eastern campus areas, including facilities near Buildings N114, N115 and N130<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Delivery Access for N102 and N105 (via Rowan Tech Road):<\/strong><\/h5>\n

            During the service road closure, all deliveries intended for Buildings N102 and N105 must enter campus via Rowan Tech Road (North Entrance)<\/strong> and utilize the N103 parking lot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

            Designated delivery spaces will be clearly marked within this area to accommodate service vehicles and maintain operations during construction.<\/p>\n
