This course makes use of gliding sliding disc exercises to transform traditional exercises, allowing for engaged full body effort from start to finish. This class has been enhanced to also include exercising with stability balls. Train every muscle in your body to extend your range of motion. You will improve your balance, muscular endurance, and flexibility while working out to popular music.
- Bring a stability ball, mat, towel, and water – and wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing.
