Operations & Enterprise Management

Operations and Enterprise Management (OEM) supports the College by managing and updating web servers, databases, Informer, OnBase and Colleague – the information system which records all records about students, faculty and staff. This team oversees Spiceworks, the Help Desk ticketing system for the College. The OEM team is also in charge of academic support and manages the running of WebAdvisor, Student Self-Service and Mobile app.
