Support and Training Center (STC) provides information technology training workshops and resources, general information call center, and IT support help desk services for the College.
IS Help Desk
Rowan-Cabarrus Community College IS Help Desk is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday by calling 704-216-7200 or request assistance via email by contacting email@example.com. A ticket will be created for each request that is submitted into the help desk. Should you need assistance after hours or on weekends, please contact the same IS Help Desk number (704-216-7200) to leave a voicemail message or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will be received by the Help Desk and processed and acted upon by our IT team. You will receive a response by the next business day.
Information Services training team supports the college by offering a variety of information technology workshops for faculty and staff on the different applications available at the college. They maintain and manage the resources located in the IT internal knowledge base.
IS Call Center
Call center strives to provide excellent customer service to the Rowan-Cabarrus community supporting the college by assisting students, employees and general pubic in all aspects of their interaction with Rowan-Cabarrus. The call center team provides general information about courses, certificate programs, financial aid, registration etc. They also provide password resets for students.
