Course Description: This course is designed to educate public safety personnel about people in crisis and how to assist the ‘consumer’ and/or relatives or friends of the crisis consumer calling for assistance. This course is an abbreviated version of the full 40-hour course and is designed for EMS, Fire, and Public Safety communicators.
