This class is Negotiation awareness training for emergency Telecommunicators. Students will learn the evolution and application of crisis negotiations in law enforcement situations. Students will receive
instruction and simulated practical experience in effective response to crisis negotiation incidents. This class is being sponsored by Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, at NO CHARGE to Telecommunicators and officers associated with a certified NC law enforcement agency.
