Course description:
The seated battery of standardized field sobriety tests is a set of tests initially created by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators for boating while impaired cases. Unlike the traditional Standardized Field Sobriety tests, these tests are conducted in a seated position. While initially designed for a maritime environment, these tests can be used to supplement the traditional SFSTs for DWI cases where the driver’s ability to stand may be an issue.
