The Interviewer Challenge

Course Description: The Interviewer’s Challenge is a rigorous, immersive five-week online program designed for investigators, interviewers, and any for whom interviewing is a significant part of their professional, job-task responsibilities and are seeking to elevate their craft through an incremental, performance-based crucible. Totaling 40 hours, the course is structured around five sequential investigator/interviewer/inquiry challenges – each representing a core competency essential to effective high-stakes interviewing. Participants must successfully complete each challenge before advancing, ensuring that growth is cumulative, measurable, and mastery-driven. The course blends instructional materials and scenario-based application to stress-test and refine critical interviewing capabilities.
