SUMMARY:Effective Performance Evaluations
DESCRIPTION:Course Description: The emphasis in this block of instruction will center on the true and intended purpose of performance evaluation. The use of the performance evaluation is to provide managerial decision-making facts regarding departmental personnel and knowledge of how the employee is currently fulfilling his/her duties and tasks. How to improve the employee’s performance will be addressed\, as well as the basis for reward allocations.
