DESCRIPTION:Course Description: Advanced Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Techniques (Psychological Disorders) is a rigorous 3-day course designed for seasoned negotiators to master high-stakes dialogue under pressure. Participants will distinguish between instrumental and expressive negotiations\, explore how psychology shapes decision-making\, and examine the pivotal role it plays in crisis scenarios. The program provides a structured understanding of barricaded subjects\, identified psychological disorders and practical negotiation strategies tailored to each profile\, including definitions of medical mimicry and medications linked to specific disorders.
