This is not about management! This course goes beyond the technical supervision and management skills required of &#8220;supervisors&#8221;. Instead, this course is intended for Leaders and will explore the various methods of transformational leadership. Specifically focusing on practicing a servant leadership philosophy and communicating appreciation effectively.
