As a Hostage\/Crisis Negotiator and certified instructor, Tim has organized and facilitated the FBI\u2019s 40 Hour Crisis Negotiation Course, been involved in national and international kidnappings, and has deployed with the Horry County Crisis Negotiation Team and the Myrtle Beach Police Crisis Negotiation Team.
