Materials may be\u00a0renewed<\/a>\u00a0according to the borrower type, providing the items are not requested by other Library users. Renewals may be done in person, by telephone, or by accessing\u00a0\u201cMy Account<\/a>\u00a0\u201d through the Library\u2019s online catalog.<\/p>\n
A user may be placed on a waiting list for a book that is currently on loan by placing a\u00a0hold on that item<\/a>. \u00a0Users are able to place holds on materials by using the Evergreen Online Catalog\u00a0<\/a>or by\u00a0calling or visiting<\/a>\u00a0the Circulation Desk.<\/p>\n

Borrowers may appeal if they believe the Library charges are mistakenly assessed or extenuating circumstances warrant reduction or cancellation of the charges. Appeals should be made within 30 calendar days of the original Library charge.
