Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Offers Conversational Spanish for Real Estate Professionals

CLASS WILL HELP REMOVE BARRIERS AND HELP REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS TAP A GROWING MARKET

“As more Hispanics come to the area, the percentage that will stay grows as well. Hispanics who are now tenants will soon start buying homes,” said Kluttz.

SALISBURY, N.C. — Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is offering a new class in Conversational Spanish for Real Estate professionals.

Not only is the state’s Hispanic population increasing rapidly, its buying power is too.

Titled “Conversational Spanish for Real Estate Professionals,” the class is being taught by Pearlie Kluttz who has taught conversational Spanish classes for nearly 15 years.

Kluttz is hoping the conversational Spanish class will help remove that barrier and help real estate professionals tap what appears to be a growing market.

This class emphasis will be on basic vocabulary, useful and common phrases, and practical expressions used in everyday work for Real Estate professionals. The class will run Mondays from 3-5 p.m. beginning September 9 and running through October 28 at the college’s South Campus (Bldg. 2000, Rm. 205) in Concord.
