Student Grievance Request Form

Student may request a review of a college decision or action perceived to be discriminatory or to have a negative effect on the student’s enrollment status at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. A grievance must be presented within 30 days after the action or decision being questioned.

Please refer the appropriate policy (student grievance policy or disabled student grievance policy) or contact the associate vice president for student services for additional information.

  • Student may initiate the process by completing the request form below.
  • Valid contact information must be provided.
  • Every effort will be made to maintain confidentiality.

Grievance requests will be directed to the associate vice president and the vice president for student services. Additional information may be requested.
