This 100% online training combines the two components to prepare you to take the Core 1 (220-1001) and Core 2 (220-1002) exams. Course requires a minimum of 4 to 5 hours weekly for assignment completion.)

• Software Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot PC and mobile device issues including application security support
• Networking: Explain type of networks and connections including TCP/IP, WIFI and SOHO
• Hardware & Network Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot device and network issues

CORE 2 Skills:

• Security: Identify and protect against security vulnerabilities for devices and their network connections
• Mobile Devices: Install & configure laptops and other mobile devices
• Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Compare & contract computing concepts & set up client-side virtualization
• Operational Procedures: Follow best practices for safety, environmental impacts, and communication and professionalism

1. 1. Navigate to WebAdvisor.
   2. Select “WebAdvisor Guest Access”
   3. Select “Continuing Education” in yellow on the far right. Do NOT click to access new portal.
   4. Select “Search, Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes.”
   5. To search for your class, type “CompTIA” as a Key Word.
   6. Check the box to select the class and select “Submit.”
   7. Enter your information and follow instructions to register and pay.
