S.O.A.R. Program
Beacon’s Bistro is operated by our SOAR students as part of their hands-on learning experience. As part of their learning, students take the lead in food preparation, cashiering and customer service to gain valuable job skills in a supportive setting. The Bistro is open Monday through Thursday and offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick meal or looking to support our students, Beacon’s Bistro offers friendly service and fresh options to enjoy. Most payment methods are accepted except cash.
