ISO 9001-2015 Basics

Monday & Tuesday, November 8 & 9 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. 

• Must attend both days
• Class meets via ZOOM.

This 8 hour class will cover the basic understanding of a Quality Management System based an ISO-9001:2015 requirements. ISO-9001:2015 is a risk-based, process-driven Quality Management System that is widely accepted around the world and is generic enough to be applied to all types of businesses. Students will learn a basic working knowledge of this system. It is ideal for those with little to no understanding of the standard.

1. Navigate to WebAdvisor.
2. Select “WebAdvisor Guest Access”
   If you have been a student at RCCC previously, click at the top of the page where indicated to updated your current information
3. Select “Continuing Education”
4. Select “Search, Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes.”
5. To search for your class, type “ISO” as a Key Word.
6. Check the box to select the class and select “Submit.”
7. Enter your information and follow instructions to register and pay.
