Employers in today’s technology-driven world recognize and trust this performance-based credential which proves job candidates’ abilities to perform critical IT support functions in the workplace. This 100% online training combines the two components to prepare you to take the Core 1 (220-1001) and Core 2 (220-1002) exams. Course requires a minimum of 4 to 5 hours weekly for assignment completion.)

• Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Compare & contract computing concepts & set up client-side virtualization
• Operational Procedures: Follow best practices for safety, environmental impacts, and communication and professionalism
