Canine Building / Area Search and Tracking

The training will address high risk entry and deployment of the police service dog in buildings and outside environments; with the primary objective of locating and apprehending criminal offenders and non-criminal persons (I.e., lost children, dementia patients, etc).  One of the key objectives in this training is to demonstrate proper decision making when choosing to deploy police canines in a wide variety of situations.
