Evaluation Process for Law Enforcement Personnel
Course Goals:
This is a 16-hour seminar.  This class will provide a comprehensive training program which is designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and techniques for conducting and completing effective Performance Appraisals, assist in the motivation of employees who need assistance in meeting expectations, and it will assist you in documenting important factors during the Performance Appraisal year.  Students must bring a copy of their agency performance document and policy for use in class exercises.    
Training Objectives:
To understand how to effectively plan, track, provide feedback and conduct a formal review of employees.  This will include ideas and plans on documenting an employee’s strengths and weaknesses, setting time line and goals, as well as learning trends in leadership development.
