Learn to use the intelligence of your body as a pathway to better health, balance, and wholeness in this six-week class that is aimed at all experience levels; from beginner to advanced. Paying attention to the body and following its inner messages, in conjunction with instructor guidance, tailors yoga practice to your individual abilities, conditions, and needs. As a result, you will more easily access the body’s innate healing energy as you practice yoga postures in a way that suits you. The class also uses deep relaxation and breathing practices to awaken inner wisdom and bring focus on finding total wellness.
- 6-week class runs from Tuesday, 8/29 to Tuesday, 10/3/17 in Bldg 400, Rm 4124.
- $50 Registration Fee
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or large towel. You may also wish to bring a small cushion or rolled-up towel for sitting. Props are available to assist with getting up and down from the floor.
