The Real Estate Pre-Licensing Learning Lab is ideal for students who want extra review and practice time with an instructor outside of their regular Real Estate Pre-Licensing classes. Topics include real estate terminology, license law and commission rules, brokerage relationships, contracts, financing, valuation, fair housing, ownership, and real estate mathematics. No minimum attendance requirement. Note: This course is offered in addition to (not in place of) the Real Estate Pre-Licensing course.
