Course Description: This course is designed to educate public safety personnel about people in crisis and how to assist the ‘consumer’ and/or relatives or friends of the crisis consumer calling for assistance. This course is an abbreviated version of the full 40 hour course and is designed for EMS, Fire, and Public Safety communicators.
