President’s Report – Amanda Murphy

Since our last meeting in December, I officially accepted the role of  SGA president on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. I am humbled to be your spring 2020 president. I want to thank Joey for the work he did in advocating for students. Branches of Hope was a great success; we were able to assist 30 children. The end of the year celebrations at Ichicban’s was a celebration of the hard work club senators, ambassadors and SGA officers put into the Fall 2019 student events and activities. On December 11, 2019. We were all able to sit and converse and get to know each other better as we exchanged gifts and enjoyed dinner. As students, this means that we are on the ballot! Our support will be needed to assist with promotion to meet the 200 volunteer hours we approved in Fall.
