Have a concern about your accommodations? Let’s work together to resolve it.
If you ever feel something isn’t right or if you’ve been treated unfairly regarding your accommodation, reach out to your Accessibility Coordinator immediately. They will work with you to find a solution.
If your concern is about a specific accommodation, we may involve your instructor, Program Head, Academic Dean or the Director of Student Support Services to help resolve it.
Still not satisfied? You can file a formal complaint through the Student Grievance Process, which is outlined in the Rowan-Cabarrus College Catalog and Student Handbook.
