From Kitchen to Retail

Do you make a product you would love to sell in a retail setting? Don’t know where to begin? Let us help! In this course, you will learn about product testing, labels, barcodes, nutrition panels, FDA requirements, marketing, and more! From food safety to advertising, you will be armed with enough information to make an informed decision about producing your favorite recipe for sale!
- Class will meet on Tuesdays, from February 4 to February 25, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Classes will be held at North Campus, building 400, room 4133.
