Parking Lots A & B Project

Construction Impacts Began April 27

  • Construction fencing installation is underway.

  • Internal roadways within the project area are now closed.

  • Temporary directional signage is being installed this week.

During this phase of construction, North Campus will remain accessible from both Jake Alexander Boulevard (north) and Old Concord Road (east). However, traffic flow through campus will be directional, and vehicles will not be able to pass between Buildings N107 and N110 during this phase of construction.

Campus Access and Open Areas During Closure

Access from Jake Alexander Boulevard (North Entrance):

Entering campus from Jake Alexander Boulevard, the following areas remain accessible:

  • Buildings N101, N102, N103, N105, N106 and the Amphitheatre
  • Parking Lot A
  • Parking Lot B (upper areas)
  • Service Area
  • Building N107
Access from Old Concord Road (East Side Entrance):

Entering campus from Old Concord Road, the following areas remain accessible:

  • Building N110
  • Early College
  • Fire Training Center facilities
  • Southern and eastern campus areas, including facilities near Buildings N114, N115 and N130
