Course Description: This course examines the unique dynamics of conducting investigative interviews by telephone. Participants will learn how to effectively plan, structure, and conduct telephone interviews while developing skills in analytical listening, rapport-building, and communication assessment. The course explores techniques for evaluating verbal responses, language patterns, and vocal behaviors to support information gathering and investigative analysis. Emphasis is placed on distinguishing investigative indicators from conclusions and using observations as a basis for further inquiry, corroboration, and objective decision-making.
