MAGNUS ONE – Three-day Leadership Workshop

Course Description: The MAGNUS Leadership Workshop is a comprehensive three-day program designed to provide leaders with applicable tools to operate in demanding environments. Participants will be introduced to the science behind MAGNUS OVÉA, a theory developed by Dr. Mitch Javidi during his over 30 years of experience with individuals in high-stakes fields such as Special Operations Soldiers, First Responders, and corporate executives. By integrating Dr. Javidi’s theoretical framework with the Leadership Principles of the National Command and Staff College, the workshop provides a distinctive approach intended to help students exceed traditional standards of excellence and develop into MAGNUS Leaders. Attendees engage in a process of self-awareness and are equipped with practical strategies for managing occupational stress and overcoming sacrifices, with tools they can incorporate into daily practice. As MAGNUS Leaders, participants will learn to maintain a strong connection with their authentic selves, while strengthening their self-awareness and enhancing professional performance and personal fulfillment. Open to leaders at all levels, the MAGNUS Leadership Workshop offers a structured “lead self → lead others” model through the MAGNUS OVÉA methodology, complemented by a 30-day follow-up utilizing the MAGNUS Leader app for continued development.
