2019 Summer Institute: May 14-16, 2019

Pre-Summer Institute Monday, May 13

Registration Required. 

8:00 – 5:00 p.m. ~ Paideia Workshop – Room 219

There will be a 90-minute break for lunch.

About the Training:

  • All faculty are welcome!
  • Faculty participating in the training are expected to facilitate three Paideia sessions in their classes and document them.
  • Once the three sessions are completed and documentation submitted, faculty will be Paideia certified.
  • Sessions can be conducted during summer or fall ’19 terms.
  • There is no cost associated with this training. As long as faculty continue to use Paideia practices in their classrooms, they will not have to re-certify (of course, they can refresh at any time).

The Department of English and Center for Teaching & Learning partnered to offer this Paideia training as a pre-Summer Institute activity
