For all of the data given below, the year listed is the start of the academic year. For example, year 2013 corresponds to the academic year 2013-2014.

Enrollment Data

Headcount by Major (Unduplicated) – The number of students (unduplicated) by primary major for the past 6 years.

Headcount by Location (Duplicated) – The total number of students that attend classes on each campus, including internet classes as “Virtual Campus”, for the past 6 years. Students that take classes on multiple campuses are counted once for each campus (duplicated).

Student Demographic Data

Race – The racial/ethnic background percentages of students for the past 6 years.

Gender – The gender percentages of students for the past 6 years.

Age – The percentages of students by age category, along with the average, median and modal age, for the past 6 years. (Age categories are listed in decreasing order of percentage, not in chronological order).

State – The percentage of students by the state where their primary residence is located for the past 6 years.

City – The number of students by the city where their primary residence is located for the past 6 years.

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)

For these documents, a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) is defined as the number of contact hours required for a student to be considered a full-time student.

FTE Count by Major – The FTE count for students by primary major for the past 6 years.

IPEDS

These documents are based on the data reported by the College to the Integrated Post-secondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

Degrees Received by Year – The number of certifications (certificates, diplomas, and associates degrees) given by the college for the years 2008 through 2014

Enrollment by Year – The number of students by enrollment status (part-time or full-time) for the past 6 years.

Graduation Rate by Year – The graduation rate, defined by IPEDS as the number of first-time, full-time college students who graduate within 3 years of admission) of the College for the past 6 years.

Retention Rate by Year – The retention rate (from fall semester to the following fall semester) of part-time and full-time students for the past 6 years.
