Rowan-Cabarrus’ Emergency Services Training program is designed to provide individuals and rescue personnel the information and skills needed to obtain Driver/Operator Certification which includes basic and advanced courses in EVD, Pumps, and Aerial.

These certifications are issued by the NC Department of Insurance.
