Course Description: Upon completion of this 24-hour course, attendees will have acquired additional skills and knowledge to enhance their supervision style. This will give all in attendance a broad perspective on the various tools needed to be an effective supervisor. This will be done through lecture and discussions. There will be handouts as part of this curriculum. This seminar meets CLEA Standard, 33.8.2 Course Objectives: The course is designed for supervisors that need to establish themselves as leaders in their agency. This will give them a wide assortment of topics that are vital to supervisors.
