Course Description: Upon completing this 16-hour course, attendees will have acquired additional skills and knowledge to enhance their supervisory style. This will provide all attendees with a broad perspective on the various tools necessary to be an effective supervisor. This will be done through lectures and discussions. This curriculum will include handouts. This seminar meets CLEA Standard, 33.8.2 Course Objectives: The course is designed for supervisors who need to establish themselves as leaders in their agency. This will provide them with a wide range of topics that are vital to supervisors.
