R3 offers workshops and classes designed to help you grow professionally. With flexible, short-term opportunities, R3 makes it easy to build skills and move confidently toward your goals. Virtual workshops are free and last 45–60 minutes, and classes last four weeks or less.

Workshops
Resume Clinic
Resume Clinics are a fast and simple way to get assistance with the multiple questions and complications that come with resume creation. Have a current resume reviewed or learn strategies for developing a resume from scratch. Clinics are available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For Justice Involved ONLY
This workshop is for individuals with criminal records only. Participants will learn about opportunities through the Rebuild Your Future program and work with recruiters and re-entry specialists. This workshop session is offered virtually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Virtual Mock Interviews
During this workshop, students will prepare for job interviews by exploring common interview questions, learning important tips for personal presentation, and managing anxiety. The workshop concludes with a virtual mock interview. Available Mondays.

Certifying Your Work Skills: Career Readiness Certification
What are your work skills? Current and future employers want to know, but how can you verify your skill level? A National Career Readiness Certification is the answer. The best part is you can begin the certification process right from your home.
Introduction to Healthcare Careers
Want to become a hero? Careers in healthcare have never been more important, but which job is best for you? This class will explore multiple areas of employment in the healthcare field from hands-on to “behind the scene” occupations. Students in the class will have an opportunity to apply for special scholarship funding for training in selected areas.
Computer Fundamentals
This 4-week class will allow students to identify an area for improvement and utilize online resources to build computer skills. This course will use Microsoft Teams to receive class assignments and interact with your instructor.
Looking for Work at 55+
Looking for work is challenging and is a unique experience for individuals 55 and older. This class will explore how to navigate a work search in this age range and will include a networking opportunity.
Money Management
In this class, you will learn how to use an Excel on the Web spreadsheet to track your budget (no experience with Excel is necessary), learn about Budgeting Tools/Apps and learn how to obtain your free Annual Credit Report to monitor your credit.
