Since 2007, R3 (Refocus, Retrain and Re-employ) Career Services has assisted thousands of adults in the community with services designed to navigate career and employment goals. R3 services are fee-waived and are available all year.

More Than a Job NC empowers you to build new skills, gain valuable credentials, expand your career opportunities, and strengthen your family’s financial future.
Eligibility for More Than a Job NC
you must be:
- 16 years old or older
- receiving or eligible to receive Food and Nutrition Services (SNAP, EBT, Food Stamps assistance, etc.)
- able to work
- not receiving Work First or Refugee Employment Services
