Academic Testing Information
Guidelines for Students
Academic testing is available for students who miss their in-class exam due to an emergency or illness, for students participating in internet and hybrid courses, and for students requiring test accommodations due to a documented disability. Please check with your instructor to determine if you are a candidate for completing your testing in the Academic Testing Center.
Please do not wait until the last minute to schedule your testing, as computer space is limited. All academic testing must be scheduled in advance. There will be no walk-in testing for academic courses. Please schedule through the Schedule Academic Testing page.
If you will be receiving accommodations with your testing, please let the proctor know before beginning your test. Bring your documentation from The Office of Accessibility, also, so your accommodations are appropriately provided.
A photo ID is required for all testing. You must also know the name of your course, instructor, and section number.
Cell phones, smart watches, smart glasses, fitbits, tablets, laptops, and all other electronic devices are not permitted in the testing rooms. If you bring any of these items with you, then you will be required to place them in a secure locker for the duration of your testing.
Academic testing is currently offered at our two main campus locations.
